What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for expenses, headcount, and revenue.
• Prepare standard monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Perform structured financial analysis to support business reviews and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Procurement to validate inputs and ensure data consistency.
• Maintain forecasts and reporting using tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Workday, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or other BI tools.
