What you will do

• Manage Accounts Receivable relationships with clients to ensure timely payment.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales functions to resolve customer issues impacting payments.
• Monitor and maintain overdue balances below defined targets.
• Handle discrepancies and deductions based on plant instructions.
• Ensure every posted document has the appropriate supporting documentation attached.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar AR Analyst position.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (2+ years required).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including databases, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
