What you will do

• Translate the CPTO's strategic vision into a concrete, scalable Data Product roadmap.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including setting success metrics and prioritizing features.
• Oversee the development of AI agents that enable conversational and proactive interactions for end-users.
• Lead cross-functional squads in an agile environment, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Champion AI product development tooling to accelerate delivery and optimize features.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape product messaging and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Product Management with a focus on Data Products, Data Platforms, or AI/ML.
• Experience working as a product manager on open source technologies.
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS features from ideation to scale.
• Deep understanding of Data Governance, Data Catalogs, and the modern data stack.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the data management domain (e.g., databases, data catalogs, major CSPs).
• At least 1 year of experience owning zero-to-one or early-stage product launches.
