TL;DR

Head of Talent Management (HR/People & Culture): Shaping and delivering the global end-to-end talent agenda with an accent on Talent Management, Learning & Development, DEI, and Talent Acquisition. Focus on designing scalable leadership programs, driving talent transformation, and building a future-ready international organization.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (average 3 days a week in office)

Salary: €90,000 - €112,000 per year

What you will do

  • Co-create and drive the global end-to-end Talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage the global Talent budget and lead cross-company transformation and process optimization projects.
  • Design Talent Management frameworks, including the Growth Cycle, succession planning, and career development.
  • Execute the leadership development strategy, designing scalable programs that embed company values and DEI ambitions.
  • Oversee global Talent Acquisition, including hiring, employer branding, and talent technologies.
  • Drive the DE&I agenda across all talent areas to foster long-term cultural change.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HRBP roles.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-impact teams in scaling, international organizations.
  • Strong project and change management expertise with a track record of leading transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in leadership development and talent practices (growth cycles, talent forums).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week.
