What you will do

• Design engaging learning experiences and translate business needs into scalable solutions partnering with leaders and People Business Partners.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise and maintain digital content relevance.
• Coordinate global learning programs including leadership and capability development, handling operations and logistics.
• Manage LMS content, track participation and effectiveness via analytics, and provide improvement insights.
• Stay current with L&D trends and innovate the learning ecosystem to foster continuous learning culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Learning & Development, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and developing e-learning modules using Articulate or similar tools.
• Strong instructional design, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
