What you will do

• Partner with PLT and PELT stakeholders to align organizational design with talent expectations and OD criteria.
• Design and implement comprehensive talent strategies and strategic recruiting solutions in collaboration with TA and Compensation teams.
• Translate department strategies into actionable people plans and set near-term priorities to support business execution.
• Manage organizational health metrics, productivity, and investment budgets through a long-term Org Design lens.
• Coach executives on change management, communications, and leadership development journeys.
• Drive the delivery and adoption of the long-term global People strategy within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale HR programs and organizational design in a technology company.
• Mastery in organizational development, change leadership, and overall talent management.
• Ability to derive actionable, forward-looking insights from complex data sets.
• Experience navigating and influencing complex senior stakeholder groups.
• Proven coaching skills in individual and team relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands
