TL;DR
Employee Experience Manager: Own and evolve the global employee experience strategy across HQ and Retail with an accent on designing key moments in the employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, development, recognition, and exits. Focus on leading employee listening initiatives, translating insights into actions, partnering with HR functions, and driving cross-functional projects for culture, inclusion, and well-being.
Location: Hybrid in Hilversum, Netherlands (60:40 office:remote policy). Possibility to work from abroad up to 2 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the global employee experience strategy aligned with brand values and EVP
- Design and optimize key employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, engagement, development, recognition, exits)
- Lead employee listening (surveys, feedback) and turn insights into actions
- Partner with Employer Branding, Recruitment, L&D, and leaders for seamless journeys
- Drive cross-functional projects enhancing culture, inclusion, well-being, engagement
- Develop EX KPIs, monitor progress, and report impact to stakeholders
- Act as thought leader and ambassador for employee experience
Requirements
- 5+ years in Employee Experience, HR, Culture, Engagement or related
- Strong understanding of employee journeys and turning strategy into scalable solutions
- Data-driven with experience in insights, surveys, KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels
- Empathy combined with structure: people-focused and outcome-oriented
- Fluent English communication

- Experience in retail, fashion, or international environment
