HR Advisory Consultant
AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR)
📍 Rotterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
AIHR is looking for an HR Advisory Consultant to join their Advisory & Insights Lab. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in HR consulting or transformation who wants to work with global clients and help elevate HR practices.
What you’ll be doing:
— Partner with enterprise HR teams on strategic projects
— Conduct HR audits and capability mapping
— Design and deliver blended learning experiences
— Support HR transformation and improvement initiatives
— Work closely with international clients across industries
What they’re looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or transformation
— Strong understanding of HR strategy and capability building
— Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders
— Ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
— Passion for developing and evolving HR practices
