Location: hirify.global HQ in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands (onsite, must commute independently, no travel reimbursement). Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for mandatory internship.

Salary: €500 internship allowance (full-time, 32-40 hours)

What you will do

• Support administrative L&D tasks: planning, tracking training participation, feedback, and surveys
• Assist in preparation and delivery of training sessions
• Contribute to training initiatives, improvements, and learning programs
• Coordinate creation, maintenance, and updating of manuals and work instructions with SMEs
• Manage internal communication platforms (SharePoint, newsletters, learning updates)
• Structure and optimize learning and communication content for clarity and accessibility
• Contribute to innovation and optimization projects in Commercial Excellence team

Requirements

• HBO or WO level studies, 2nd year or higher; currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for mandatory internship (min 4 months, 6 preferred)
• Available full-time (32-40 hours)
• Interest in Learning & Development, training, or process improvement
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) or eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset
• Strong English communication skills (Dutch a plus)
• Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
