Senior Sales Executive DACH - Swiss Market (SaaS): Generating new mid-to-large enterprise clients headquartered in Switzerland and owning the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure with an accent on consulting conservative clients and engaging C-level stakeholders. Focus on driving sales projects, evaluating client infrastructure, and suggesting upsell opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Bavaria. Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Relocation support available to hubs for certain roles.

What you will do

• Focus on mid-to-large enterprise companies (250-5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland.
• Generate new clients for travel and spend technology, owning the full sales cycle including demos, negotiations, and closes.
• Understand prospect needs, articulate hirify.global value, and consult on digital opportunities for conservative clients.
• Own conversations with C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management.
• Drive team projects, monitor sales performance, establish best practices, and suggest upsells.

Requirements

• Native German speaker and fluent in English.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Hungry, ambitious, ethical, perseverant mindset.
• Customer-centric, able to work independently and as part of a team.
