Commercial Account Executive (DACH): Drive 's expansion and market leadership in German-speaking countries by managing full sales cycles for new commercial clients (up to 500 employees) with an accent on landing new business deals and strengthening market dominance. Focus on building pipelines, qualifying leads, upselling/cross-selling, and achieving revenue targets in a high-volume inbound environment.
Hybrid work schedule in Munich, Berlin, or Cologne offices (twice a week in office); DACH region focus (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What you will do
- Leverage 's market position to acquire new clients and expand relationships in DACH region.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify leads, build pipeline, handle inbound prospects, close deals.
- Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with maturing accounts.
- Forecast opportunities, track details, and meet/exceed revenue and activity targets.
- Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and international teams for market success.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English essential.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience growing markets/territories and expanding business.
- SaaS/software sales expertise preferred.
- Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced, dynamic environments.
