What you will do

• Support development and optimization of sales enablement platforms including Salesforce, lead management, sales intelligence, and engagement tools
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights across stakeholders and platforms
• Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and implement cross-functional improvements for productivity
• Gather and prioritize requirements from sales, leadership, and go-to-market teams to enhance tool functionality
• Assist in defining and executing roadmaps for sales enablement tools while balancing innovation and compliance
• Provide user training, support data and process questions, create documentation, and manage change efforts
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend sales tech stack enhancements

Requirements

• 1-3 years in product management, sales operations, business analytics, or related field
• Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data work (dashboards, SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Looker)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage priorities in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, or workflow automation
