What you will do

• Influence product strategy across interconnected domains to align with organizational goals.
• Translate the strategic vision into new product concepts, focusing on the Assessment Operating System (AOS).
• Lead discovery and innovation efforts to identify new value opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to ensure consistent workflows and transparent operations.
• Monitor the edtech landscape and competitor moves to keep products future-ready.
• Manage product management tooling and technology selection for the disciplinary function.

Requirements

• Strong background in IB assessment and deep understanding of key processes.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in PDLC, user-centered design, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
