What you will do

• Support development of Team OKRs and provide product performance and benefits realisation data
• Define user stories at Team level to meet customer needs and analyse for journey improvements
• Provide input into Product vision and roadmap
• Prioritise, refine and manage Team Product backlog
• Accountable for Product change governance and Business Readiness activities for features
• Own and manage product backlog for Group-wide technology asset, develop technical design, lead product risk, define segmentation and supplier strategy

Requirements

• Product Ownership experience handling backlog and leading cross-functional teams to deliver tech changes
• Leadership to motivate teams, demonstrate accountability and foster collaboration
• Innovation and problem-solving with emerging technologies
• Design Thinking collaborating with design colleagues
• Communication for persuasive storytelling
• Customer Centricity anticipating needs and using input for solutions
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with suppliers, data and engineering teams
• Performance monitoring against OKRs with data-driven insights
• Stakeholder Management to mitigate conflict and gain commitment
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in agile methodologies, working in agile teams using Jira & Confluence
