What you will do

• Support definition and enhancement of marketing product features using market trends, user feedback, and internal insights.
• Contribute to full product lifecycle: ideation, rollout, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and A/B testing to validate ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate with data, creative, commercial teams for alignment on product strategy and campaign execution.
• Build understanding of cross-campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support workflow optimisation for campaign delivery and product updates.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate trends into recommendations.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and performance optimisation.
• Effective time management, prioritisation, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and adapting communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative workflows.
• International exposure, ideally in global marketing campaigns, geo-targeting, or customer segmentation.
