What you will do

• Motivate and evolve the OSS Technical Product Team, leading by example to foster collaboration, psychological safety, curiosity, and ownership.
• Serve as the expert and point of contact for the platform internally and externally, demonstrating business benefit and customer impact.
• Lead technical analysis on key OSS initiatives, understanding business and technical context to bring work to life for squads.
• Proactively contribute to ceremonies like impact assessment, initiation, briefing, estimating, prioritisation, planning, and sprint kick-off.
• Build relationships with consumers and delivery partners, sharing knowledge on stakeholders, domain, roadmap, and ways of working.
• Ensure end-to-end business deliverables are fit for purpose, raise risks, and enable progress amid changes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in low-level technical analysis in in-house software delivery with onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience in varied software delivery projects in agile environments.
• Strong influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage dependencies, and prioritise under pressure.
• People leadership with track record of motivating and developing teams.
