What you will do

  • Develop and evolve the sales enablement strategy to align with revenue and growth goals.
  • Create and organize high-quality sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards.
  • Build standardized sales playbooks covering discovery, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and training resources to accelerate sales team ramp time.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure GTM alignment.
  • Track and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics such as win rates and sales cycle efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or product marketing.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality customer-facing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, pharma, or clinical research.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B buying environments involving providers and payers.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and webinar platforms.
