Munich, Stuttgart; territory mainly Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Travel approx. 80% throughout the region; work remotely and visit customers 3-4 days/week. Fluency in German is mandatory.

The Respiratory Care Division develops and supplies innovative ventilation solutions including fabian, Bellavista, Z Vent and Infant Flow LP for hospitals and emergency services worldwide.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales plans including market analysis and tactics to create new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, handle enquiries, and provide service to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive acquisition and qualification of leads.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations showcasing product value.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records; collaborate with marketing and support teams.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background in complex medical solutions to distributors/end users
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with passion for exceeding targets
  • Ability to work remotely with 3-4 days/week customer visits; proficiency with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability to market changes
