What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payments ecosystem including checkout, gateways, fraud, refunds, treasury, and reconciliation.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and supporting global scalability.
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and customer success for seamless payment experiences.
• Integrate and maintain third-party providers like Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, and explore local methods, wallets, bank debits.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, PSD2, SCA, and monitor performance using data and feedback.
• Stay ahead of global payment trends, fintech regulations, and propose growth-aligned ideas.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Product Manager with ownership over payment products or platforms
• Proven track record building and scaling payments systems in SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: gateways, card networks, fraud prevention, settlements, chargebacks.
• Strong technical fluency for working with engineers and API documentation.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with global payment methods, subscriptions, recurring billing, agile teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or related.
• Certifications in product management or fintech/payments.
• Experience with payments orchestration, treasury systems, tax compliance tools.
• Experience using AI Agents and building AI tools.
