What you will do

• Coordinate the audit process by distributing announcement letters and monitoring progress through completion.
• Process audit results, communicate findings to employers, and notify them of delinquent contributions.
• Issue and track delinquency letters and collaborate with employers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Support legal teams with administrative tasks and documentation related to collection efforts.
• Negotiate payments and services with external parties, including attorneys and fund administrators.
• Identify delinquent contractors and develop effective repayment agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, collections, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with Taft-Hartley Trust Funds or prior auditing is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues and troubleshoot across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
