What you will do
- Nurture relationships with key contacts in the pharmacy consulting community to increase understanding of company capabilities.
- Drive opportunity growth through the pharmacy consultant channel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate meetings and conduct value presentations on consultant book of business performance.
- Manage and provide follow-ups on RFP submissions.
- Develop and maintain playbooks and collateral for key consultant partners.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of PBM or Health Plan experience working with consultants and brokers.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in PBM pricing and underwriting.
- Proven track record of interacting with consultants through the RFP process.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong presentation, writing, and social selling skills.
