CRM Coordinator (HubSpot)

Location: Onsite in Soho, NYC (4-5 days a week)

Compensation: $75k–$90k and equity options

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HubSpot operations, focusing on data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and workflow maintenance.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate CRM usage and streamlined processes.
• Optimize GTM workflows through automation, property management, and reporting within HubSpot.
• Create and maintain business reports and dashboards using HubSpot and Looker.
• Analyze data related to pipeline performance, customer growth, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to meet operational and reporting needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM administration, revenue operations, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Location: Must be based in Soho, NYC for onsite work (4-5 days a week).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
