TL;DR
CRM Coordinator (HubSpot): Supporting and optimizing CRM systems, data hygiene, and GTM workflows to help scale revenue within a SaaS environment with an accent on HubSpot administration and data accuracy. Focus on maintaining a single source of truth for go-to-market data, building operational reports in Looker, and improving sales and customer success pipeline tracking.
Location: Onsite in Soho, NYC (4-5 days a week)
Compensation: $75k–$90k and equity options

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HubSpot operations, focusing on data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and workflow maintenance.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate CRM usage and streamlined processes.
- Optimize GTM workflows through automation, property management, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Create and maintain business reports and dashboards using HubSpot and Looker.
- Analyze data related to pipeline performance, customer growth, and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to meet operational and reporting needs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM administration, revenue operations, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Location: Must be based in Soho, NYC for onsite work (4-5 days a week).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
