What you will do

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
• Resolve technical issues related to product quality and manufacturing processes in collaboration with suppliers.
• Identify and qualify new manufacturing sources for components that are difficult to procure.
• Act as a technical liaison between design engineering teams and suppliers to communicate requirements and support quoting.
• Participate in supplier audits and review production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Process Flow Development and PFMEA activities to identify risks and inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supplier development, quality engineering, or a related role.
• Familiarity with quality and risk management methodologies such as DFMEA or PFMEA.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work on-site in Fairborn, OH
