What you will do

• Perform production and repair test activities for assigned products.
• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures, and develop procedures for new products.
• Author and edit technical documentation following change management processes.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to establish test plans and support work cell completion rates.
• Communicate program status, capital requests, and improvement initiatives to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills to the component level.
• Experience with software programming or diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
