What you will do

• Act as the primary model-building resource for SCs, providing PoV builds, workshop support, and pilot assistance.
• Lead the development of new industry-specific demo use cases and collateral on a roadmap-aligned release schedule.
• Utilize LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and hirify.global AI capabilities to accelerate model development and prototype innovative demo experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable template library by anonymizing, extending, and adapting models for reuse.
• Research competitors to articulate key hirify.global differentiators and equip field SCs with attack strategies and positioning.
• Collaborate with Product, PMM, and Customer Success to ensure new capabilities are reflected in demo assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Advanced hirify.global modelling experience is essential.
• Experience in an SC or SA pre-sales role (at least 1 year).
• AI-native approach, proficient in using LLMs to enhance development workflows.
• Ability to deliver complex projects autonomously from inception through field enablement.
• Must be based in the US.
