What you will do

• Leverage analytics tools to derive actionable business insights for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative call center analytics solutions.
• Align business requirements with technical capabilities and feasibility.
• Build and implement systems utilizing an AI/Machine Learning technology stack.
• Lead client white-boarding sessions, workshops, and project meetings.
• Develop and document best practices to expand the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Relevant experience: 4+ years for Consultant role and 1+ years for Associate role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and create structure in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• AWS certification or general cloud experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
• Knowledge of CCaaS platforms (Genesys Cloud, TalkDesk, AWS Connect).
