What you will do

  • Develop and implement the sales playbook for the fast-growing hirify.global Weave business.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for AE talent, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Participate in key customer meetings to coach on discovery and value-selling techniques.
  • Establish a culture of rigorous account planning and multi-threading at senior executive levels.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience closing complex Mid-Market or Enterprise deals.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience coaching teams selling to technical and creative stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Design).
  • Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships and drive account expansion.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI-native or creative technology solutions.
  • Ability to build and scale product motions in early-stage, fast-changing environments.
  • Certification in deal qualification or prospect discovery frameworks.
  • Practical experience using hirify.global or other professional UI/UX design tools.
