What you will do
- Develop and implement the sales playbook for the fast-growing Weave business.
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for AE talent, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Participate in key customer meetings to coach on discovery and value-selling techniques.
- Establish a culture of rigorous account planning and multi-threading at senior executive levels.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience closing complex Mid-Market or Enterprise deals.
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience coaching teams selling to technical and creative stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Design).
- Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
- Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships and drive account expansion.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI-native or creative technology solutions.
- Ability to build and scale product motions in early-stage, fast-changing environments.
- Certification in deal qualification or prospect discovery frameworks.
- Practical experience using or other professional UI/UX design tools.
