What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise customers.
• Identify and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the installed base.
• Ensure disciplined commercial execution and maintain high forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales role.
• Proven experience executing complex renewal motions from end-to-end.
• Ability to translate customer data into actionable growth plans.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal management.
• Must be based in New York City or San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
