TL;DR
Account Executive (Web3): Scaling ’s enterprise footprint across North America by securing deals with institutions bridging TradFi and the staking ecosystem with an accent on complex stakeholder management and regulatory compliance. Focus on identifying net-new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles for $1M+ ARR deals, and leveraging AI tools for pipeline forecasting.
Location: Must be based in North America (US or Canada). Remote-first with optional office access in New York and Toronto.
Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (USD/CAD)

What you will do
- Secure net-new enterprise business from exchanges, neobanks, and TradFi institutions across North America.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final execution and deal strategy.
- Navigate complex legal, finance, and engineering stakeholder groups through regulated procurement cycles.
- Identify and execute strategic upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain a high-visibility pipeline and accurate forecasting using AI and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Legal teams to accelerate contract closing.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role.
- Proven track record of closing deals with $1M+ ARR.
- Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure and the digital asset market.
- Fluency in regulatory and compliance requirements for banks and custodians.
- Experience building pipelines from scratch and leading procurement negotiations.
- Must be based in North America.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with validator or staking infrastructure.
- Experience selling technical products with complex pricing structures.
- Established network of institutional leaders in crypto or finance.
