What you will do
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated and robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to implement necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in process engineering and automation/robotics.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to handle budget management and capital expenditure planning.
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Mayfield, KY
