Salary: $143,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead commercial strategies for network hardware, connectivity, and optical backbone systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing roadmaps to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Conduct RFQs/RFPs and lead complex negotiations with executive leadership at core suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align technology roadmaps and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Manage master supply agreements and oversee transitions from NPI to mass production.
• Propose and implement supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, or AI hardware supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
