What you will do

• Rotate through Sourcing, Contracts, and Procurement Operations to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Identify automation opportunities via stakeholder interviews and translate needs into technical requirements for IT teams.
• Design and propose an AI-driven solution to resolve efficiency bottlenecks using tools like Gemini or OpenCode.
• Optimize spend analytics and dashboarding using current spend analysis tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Deliver a final capstone presentation to executive leadership on rotation findings and AI project impact.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas or San Francisco, CA.
• High technical aptitude with a strong understanding of AI and automation tools.
• Basic coding knowledge and a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving.
