What you will do

• Align end-to-end supply chain execution across procurement, planning, and production to optimize cost of goods.
• Drive demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP to balance customer experience, working capital, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead procurement including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
• Develop supplier partnerships to mitigate risks through diversification, compliance, and business continuity plans.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and R&D for regulatory compliance.
• Define and deliver key performance measures like inventory days, supplier OTIF, and production attainment.
• Lead and scale high-performing supply chain and procurement teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years managing supply chain in vitamins, minerals, supplements, or nutraceuticals; regulated products experience required
• Expertise in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), planning tools, BI reporting, and collaboration tools
• 5+ years hiring, managing, and coaching people
• Experience managing budgets and financial implications of operations
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; Google Suite a plus
• Proven track record in strategic initiatives, cost savings, and process improvements in multi-site operations
• Strong negotiation, contract, and supplier relationship management skills
