What you will do

• Architect efficient intake-to-procure process for all company purchasing requests with strategic alignment.
• Lead strategic sourcing and RFx events for SaaS, Marketing, IT, and Professional Services to deliver cost savings and mitigate risks.
• Drive change management to shift buying behaviors and promote early procurement engagement.
• Develop partnerships with business leaders, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and present strategies to executives.
• Track and report procurement KPIs on cost reduction, avoidance, and efficiency to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related field in high-growth tech/SaaS environment
• Experience building procurement functions from scratch, including sourcing and intake processes.
• Proven negotiation skills with track record of substantial cost savings; expertise in consulting/subcontract/SOW agreements.
• Strong influence, change management, and relationship-building without direct authority.
• Hands-on with e-procurement systems (Bill, Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, Lexion, Ironclad).
• Analytical skills to turn spend data into cost reduction insights; bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related.
