Focus on overseeing major project execution, building supplier relationships, providing strategic insights, and leading teams.

Location: Remote (US), up to 20% travel expected

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for real estate and high-value projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders including Procurement Finance.
  • Oversee procurement execution for major projects, aligning with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Provide reports, analysis, performance metrics, and strategic insights to management.
  • Act as subject matter expert, advising regional teams and ensuring global consistency.
  • Lead, engage, and develop direct reports with talent and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years procurement experience, including 3–5 years in indirect categories (real estate/facilities)
  • Proven record leading large-scale sourcing initiatives and achieving global cost savings
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier relationships
  • Proficient in financial modeling, cost analysis, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
