What you will do

• Lead and grow talented backend software engineers building high-impact systems
• Define and drive the team roadmap together with Product
• Create team setup for predictable delivery, engineering quality, and collaboration
• Conduct 1-1s to mentor and coach engineers
• Communicate context and decisions to engineers, stakeholders, and leadership

Requirements

• Solid hands-on software development experience, comfortable with coding and technical decisions
• Experience owning a product or platform end-to-end
• Led high-performing engineering teams with strong leadership and people management skills
• Balance execution with long-term vision, effective processes, and data-driven decisions
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in payments or fintech
