TL;DR

Location: Remote (UK) or London

Salary: £110,500 - £145,000 + stock options

What you will do

  • Take accountability for delivery across squads, collaborating with Technical Leads and Product Managers.
  • Foster engineering excellence and hold high technical standards within teams.
  • Lead and develop a group of 7-10 engineers through coaching and continuous feedback.
  • Drive technical initiatives with senior engineers to improve engineering practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to create focus space for engineers.
  • Contribute to company-wide best managerial and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work remotely within the UK
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Proven experience as an engineering manager with a strong technical and delivery background.
  • Previous hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous problem areas.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills.

  • Experience working in an experimentation-led environment.
