Regional Sales Engineer, NG SIEM - Corporate (USA Remote): Serve as the technical face of next-generation SIEM for prospective customers, owning the technical relationship through the sales cycle with an accent on demonstrations, capability proofs, and technical vision. Focus on collaborating with sales teams to uncover prospect needs, translate them to platform value, and contribute to go-to-market strategy including new use cases and integrations.

Location: USA Remote (for all U.S. candidates)

Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year (base, plus commissions, equity, benefits)

What you will do

  • Own the technical relationship with prospective customers through the full sales cycle, demonstrating NG-SIEM capabilities and providing technical vision.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions, proving security use cases, and maintaining post-sale relationships for expansion and feedback to Product Management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams to drive deals and uncover prospect needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships to expand NG-SIEM worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR, including data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, and security use cases
  • Well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational skills, and experience in team selling.
  • Strength in evangelizing technology, new account acquisition, and common sales processes like MEDDPICC or Challenger Selling.

Nice to have

  • Comfort with Linux/Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion formats, programming, cloud concepts, orchestration tools.
  • Experience with distributed data stores, data shipping, cloud providers, SSO, Kubernetes.
