What you will do

• Manage technical sales process: demos, POCs, onboarding, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, feature requests
• Listen to customer needs and channel feedback to product management
• Collaborate with customer success on post-sales check-ins, integrations, and roadmap sharing
• Partner with account teams to meet booking goals
• Assist marketing with product collateral
• Attend trade shows and travel frequently (30%+)

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering
• Must be located on the U.S. East Coast
• Technical conversations with engineers to executives
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
• Understanding of network/application protocols (DNS, BGP, Netflow, TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP)
• Programming in scripting language
• Knowledge of DDoS attacks and mitigation
