Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
- Articulate the company's value proposition to stakeholders ranging from engineers to CxOs.
- Provide predictable forecasting and hit established sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, customer-centric relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
- Expertise in SIEM and Observability, calling on CISO and CIO personas.
- Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
- Experience executing a channel-led sales motion.
- Proficiency in the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Must reside local to the Minneapolis territory.
