What you will do

  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads within 24 hours
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify fit based on needs, pain points, budget, and timing
  • Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives with detailed notes
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable working US hours from the Philippines
  • Strong research skills to identify the right contacts and angles
  • Good business judgment to assess conversation viability quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
