What you will do

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and budget control.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.
• Manage project risks to ensure on-time delivery and meet target criteria.
• Lead and motivate project teams while ensuring they remain on budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party subcontractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing projects with vendors.
• Required experience with contact center solutions (Genesys Cloud preferred).
• Business analytics skills and ability to understand user and business needs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Visio).
