What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end monthly and quarterly commission cycles to ensure timely and accurate global payouts.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in payout workflows by implementing automated solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving commission discrepancies with professional empathy.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and internal controls to ensure full SOX compliance.
- Partner with Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless process management.
- Assist in the testing, implementation, and documentation of new compensation tools and system upgrades.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested formulas, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive pay-related conversations with clarity and professionalism.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) systems such as Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to build automated reports or dashboards in Excel.
- Experience working within high-growth, international environments.
