What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end monthly and quarterly commission cycles to ensure timely and accurate global payouts.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in payout workflows by implementing automated solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving commission discrepancies with professional empathy.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and internal controls to ensure full SOX compliance.
• Partner with Sales Operations, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless process management.
• Assist in the testing, implementation, and documentation of new compensation tools and system upgrades.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested formulas, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Ability to handle sensitive pay-related conversations with clarity and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) systems such as Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Ability to build automated reports or dashboards in Excel.
• Experience working within high-growth, international environments.
