Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst I (SaaS): Supporting the design, administration, and improvement of sales incentive compensation plans for GTM roles with an accent on commission calculations and data modeling. Focus on optimizing the incentive compensation management platform (Spiff), ensuring payout accuracy, and conducting scenario analyses for annual plan cycles.

Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)

Salary: ₱56,000 – ₱70,000 per month

What you will do

  • Support design, modeling, and documentation of sales incentive compensation plans (ICPs) for AEs, SDRs, and CSMs.
  • Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and audit data within the Spiff ICM platform and flag discrepancies.
  • Produce GTM compensation reporting, including attainment summaries and cost-to-revenue ratios.
  • Resolve commission inquiries from sales representatives and managers.
  • Assist in annual plan design cycles through economic modeling and scenario analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in compensation, sales operations, or finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modeling).
  • Experience working with compensation data, market surveys, or quota data in a professional setting.
  • Must be based in the Philippines to work from the Manila office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
