What you will do

• Draft, edit, and schedule internal enablement communications including newsletters, email announcements, and Slack posts.
• Manage the "Ask Enablement" Slack channel by providing initial triage and routing complex inquiries.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for enablement webinars, workshops, and training events.
• Maintain a cross-functional event calendar for post-sales teams to ensure visibility.
• Gather feedback on communication effectiveness and compile reporting on channel activity and attendance.

Requirements

• Strong professional written communication skills for drafting and proofreading internal content.
• Proficiency in managing logistics for virtual events, including registration and follow-up materials.
• Comfort with internal communication tools like Slack and various virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to streamline content creation and workflow efficiency.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for complex calendar management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, Illinois
