What you will do

• Own the communications workflow for class launches, including creative ideation, press strategy, and drafting press materials.
• Coordinate instructor interviews to secure earned media coverage across traditional press, podcasts, and creator platforms.
• Drive thought leadership by securing speaking engagements and high-profile media placements.
• Execute proactive press outreach for holiday gift guides, promotional campaigns, and real-time trendjacking.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to increase efficiency in content generation and research.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PR/Communications with demonstrated results in securing earned media coverage.
• Track record of building repeatable processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content and workflow acceleration.
• Exceptional writing skills for press releases, internal comms, and executive materials.
• Experience with Slack, Asana, and asset management platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
