TL;DR

Salary: 167,640–250,600 USD annual

What you will do

  • Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content for internal and external audiences including messages, stories, announcements, scripts, videos, and campaigns.
  • Lead storytelling for key initiatives, transforming strategic messages into narratives, graphics, and presentations.
  • Manage communication channels like intranet, email, slides, SharePoint, and website updates.
  • Serve as project manager for major programs including culture initiatives, campaigns, leadership meetings, and brand rollouts.
  • Implement and maintain visual/verbal brand identity, develop templates, and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and support digital presence including website, social media, and content calendars.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in corporate communications, brand, or related functions in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for visual storytelling and executive presentations.
  • Strong project management to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Design skills to translate complex ideas into clear visuals and communications.
  • Experience with brand guidelines, internal/external strategies, and collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Comfort using AI tools for content creation and efficiency.
  • Travel less than 20%.
