Salary: $163,000 - $274,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and lead the internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment with company priorities and mission.
- Build and evolve communication channels and formats to improve engagement across a distributed organization.
- Partner with the CEO and VP of Communications to develop strategic messaging, speeches, and board materials.
- Act as the steward of the CEO's editorial voice across internal and external channels, including LinkedIn and media bylines.
- Manage and develop the internal communications team, establishing processes and high-quality execution standards.
- Own the planning and execution of regular company all-hands meetings and virtual connection moments.
Requirements
- Experience leading internal and executive communications strategies with measurable impact on leadership effectiveness.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate complex visions into compelling messaging.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different audiences.
- Must be based in one of the 21 U.S. states where is authorized to hire.
- Experience using AI tools to draft, refine, and scale communications while ensuring accuracy and tone.
