What you will do

• Define and lead the internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment with company priorities and mission.
• Build and evolve communication channels and formats to improve engagement across a distributed organization.
• Partner with the CEO and VP of Communications to develop strategic messaging, speeches, and board materials.
• Act as the steward of the CEO's editorial voice across internal and external channels, including LinkedIn and media bylines.
• Manage and develop the internal communications team, establishing processes and high-quality execution standards.
• Own the planning and execution of regular company all-hands meetings and virtual connection moments.

Requirements

• Experience leading internal and executive communications strategies with measurable impact on leadership effectiveness.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate complex visions into compelling messaging.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different audiences.
• Must be based in one of the 21 U.S. states where hirify.global is authorized to hire.
• Experience using AI tools to draft, refine, and scale communications while ensuring accuracy and tone.
