Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $210,000 – $225,000 base, plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Own short- and long-term communication strategies as the company scales toward an IPO.
- Lead and inspire a team of PR professionals and manage global agency relationships across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Establish a speaker bureau to position company experts as go-to resources for press, analysts, and industry events.
- Collaborate with C-suite and subject matter experts to develop strategic narratives and bold points of view.
- Design and maintain a resilient crisis communications response framework for industry incidents.
- Track and report PR impact using KPIs, share of voice benchmarks, and brand awareness targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing communications, press, and analyst relations programs.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Established relationships with key cybersecurity analysts and journalists.
- Experience scaling communications in high-growth companies, preferably leading through an IPO.
- Exceptional written communication skills for press releases, bylined articles, and executive communications.
