TL;DR

Lead of Internal Communications and Employer Brand (AI): Define and lead internal communications strategy and employer brand initiatives for a fast-growing AI music platform with an accent on shaping company culture, executive storytelling, and talent attraction. Focus on building 0→1 programs, multi-channel content creation, and feedback systems to navigate growth and change.

NYC onsite office required; must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation Range: $160K - $175K

What you will do

  • Define and lead internal communications strategy for company-wide and C-suite audiences.
  • Partner with executives to communicate clearly during growth, change, and ambiguity.
  • Design and scale culture-shaping moments like all-hands, offsites, and key touchpoints.
  • Build innovative employer brand program to attract talent and support hiring goals.
  • Produce multi-channel storytelling across content, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with People/HR teams on organizational changes and establish feedback/measurement systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in internal communications, ideally in high-growth tech.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at high levels.
  • Builder mindset for 0→1 work creating programs and narratives from scratch.
  • Fluency in various formats: short-form content, live events, memos, talking points.
  • Strategic and tactical execution, cross-functional influence, and comfort with ambiguity.
